I wanted to give y’all the scoop on a little piece of culinary awesomeness! Even though art is my main creative outlet, I absolutely love cooking! I actually wanted to go to school to be a cooker (I tend to make up my own language) when I was in high school. Cooking for me is a way of creating and experimenting with something you can consume other than visually. Food is good for the soul! And if I’m suffering from an art road block when it comes to making work or trying to think of new ideas, cooking allows me to get my creative juices flowing.
This brings me to the point of this post. I am not sure how many people have heard of Pampered Chef cookware, but they’re egg cooker is the bomb! I’ve always heard of people buying Pampered Chef brand things like it’s the new Ulta for cookware, and I’m always getting Facebook invites to people’s Pampered Chef parties, but I never considered looking into it. I never would’ve known there was a such thing as an egg cooker, other than a regular old skillet, until I got this contraption as a Christmas gift.
Today I finally used my fancy Pampered Chef egg cooker and I absolutely love it! I am an egg-a-holic! Scrambled eggs for breakfast are literally my everyday go to. I thought they were quick and easy to make before, but when you have an upset infant who won’t stop crying in the morning because his tummy hurts, you need breakfast made as fast as possible (insert Pampered Chef egg cooker).
This thing is totally cute and so easy to use! You can scramble and even poach eggs using the microwave. It will hold up to 4 eggs at a time and you can add things like cheese and veggies and cook it all in minutes! I cooked scrambled eggs with cheese, had it all ready in minutes, and ate it fast enough to tend to my little puddin so I could snuggle and have a cup of coffee in our hammock swing (yes, we have a swing in our living room).
Time to say hello to easy morning breakfast for busy Mommas and people who are always on the go and need a good breakfast! Oh! And the best part is it’s dishwasher safe and you will only have two dirty dishes (the cooker and a fork) if you’re like me and eat right out of the cooker jar.
Cheers to easy breakfast for life!
